Additional Fees

Lease Modification Fee: $500

-This fee is for any modifications/changes to an existing lease including but not limited to adding or removing a party from the lease, changing lease dates, or replacing an existing lease with a new lease.

Early Termination Fee:

If early termination is approved, tenant must give at least 30 day notice and pay an early termination fee equal to two months rent.  Early termination approval is on a case by case basis.

Pet Deposit: $300 per pet upon approval

Utility Payment Fee: $65 per bill not in tenants name
